Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through effective customer engagement and relationship management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
● Prospecting new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
● Develop our sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and mentoring as needed
● Monitor sales performance and adjust sales strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
● Engage with customers to build and maintain strong relationships, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
● Support with high quality sales data in the CRM
● Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management on sales performance
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and approaches
Qualifications:
● 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, and results based sales processes, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets over longer sales cycles
● Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of sales representatives
● Experience with CRM systems, (Upsales, Hubspot, etc)
● Experience selling multifaceted SaaS offerings
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
● Experience with sales reporting and analysis, and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and decisions
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
